I felt so unfairly treated when I saw my Annual Feedback Report (AFR) which was only a 'C' and even felt more soured when I saw my Performance Bonus (PB) only 0.5 month. For some, 0.5 month very good already, but mind you, 0.5 is given as long as you did not have more problems.
The contributions I've given to the workplace is far more than what others had done. The area of coverage which I have done is so much that I was actually doing 6 persons job. I am so angry when I saw the rate I was given and I could feel that I'm burning inside. But still, I manage to keep my cool as I wanted to make myself very clear of what I want the management to know.
I came back home at about 4 and started to write the facts which justfies myself for a higher PB. I really want to be treated fair to what I did for the past year's performance and wants my promotion. The reasons they had been giving me is not going to pacify me anymore. I used to be easy-going but after these 2 incidents, I think it's really time to step up and do something for myself. For many of us, trying to avoid conflicts is the best way to deal with things, but this time, I think they have really gone too far and way beyond.
When one keeps quiet and don't talk, doesn't mean that he'll remain this way all the time... Step over the line and I'll make you regret what you did!!!
Correction to last post on Policeman's baby girl's name... It's no longer Jia Hui but Wen Hui now due to the chinese character's calculation... Better for her...

From the movie 'Protege' where he asks 'Which is more scary? Drugs or Loneliness?' For me, I think Drugs is more scary due to the harm made, not only to yourself but also to those around you..
My question for today is 'Which is more scary? Single or Attached?' Of course, for each of these such questions, there are many arguments to it. For e.g. the question asked in the movie, people may say it's the loneliness which made the person takes drugs, to feel the emptiness within oneself..
I say 'Attached' is more scary... I personally think that communications between people is the scariest. Regardless of verbal or non-verbal comms, any misinterpretations might create chaos. And being attached, it means that two people with close communications. At times when everything is peaceful, sweet things happen. But when things doesn't go right, the world will fall. It is den, where it's really scary :(
Something happened just now which triggered me to write this (in fact, wanted to write some days ago, but lazy). Just now, was playing mj with my medan brother '天公仔', Sissy and Clar. During this time, both '天公仔' gf ('天公婆') and Sissy's wife (10) were entertaining themselves in the living room. Out of nowhere, 10 came into the room and said that '天公婆' is going to leave already. For the rest of us, we were totally puzzled of why the sudden reaction from her.
During this instance, it reflected to me that I haven't got a gf for 2 years already. During this period, I must admit that I do feel empty at times, but I do enjoy the peacefulness and quietness which I had been having.
I believe somehow there's some misinterpretations between the two of them and hope that they resolve any misunderstandings amongst them.
But of course having said that, I also do hope to get attached, although it's scary :D I always believe that relationships need to be worked out through (1) give and take, (2) committment and lastly (3) trust

Wow.... Haven't been writing for quite sometime and this time round, writing for 4 different activities, or I should say, blessings... These events happened one after another, making me very very busy, excited, feel good and of course Happy :D
Blessing No. 1 - Sunday, 4th Mar, went to visit 'Diver'. Apparently, he had an accident last thurs where his car front and back got smashed and went turtle. Looking at his state, he suffered some bad cuts... I should say it's a blessing coz he still got his life... Can't imagine if he rode on bike... Choy choy choy!!!! What led to the accident?? Most likely is slept while driving coz this wasn't his 1st time... A reminder to all drivers out there, if you feel tired, better park one side and try to refresh yourself, sweets, smoke or whatever... My method?? Bitting on my tongue and turning on loud music...
Blessing No. 2 - Monday, 5th Mar, arrival of 'JH', my god-daughter to be, @ 1845H by Mr & Mrs Policeman... Me and Martell rushed down to the hospital to see her, but unable to cause she needs to be kept in ICU for 6 hrs to ensure that she's healthy... But lucky, Policeman managed to get some photos of her... So cute... :P Got alot of hair, unlike the father, I say... Mrs Policeman aka DM looked tired after birth but still waiting to see her beloved baby girl... Was thinking maybe this weekend, will go visit them again... :P
Blessing No. 3 - Tuesday, 6th Mar, went to Cycle & Carriage to test drive... My intention?? To get a car and was looking @ either Colt Plus / Colt / Lancer by the order of preference... I personally like 'hatch-back' cars, therefore, Colt is for me... During the test drive (my 1st experience) damn shoik lorrr... As I didn't drive Colt before, I din know that so powerful lorr.... Alot more powerful then Vios... Vios was 1 of my choice because of... Price.... Very cheap for such a car... But I was also looking for something I like better... In the end, made my choice for Colt Plus, because of... Size... though expensive by 3k, but size really does matter.... :P
Blessing No. 4 - It's YY's Birthday today!!! Send her a sms (wanted to call her but... no guts... haha) and best of all.... a reply.... :D.... Really lighted my day...
Hmm.... with so many happy events these few days... I'm really hoping for more to come.... :))
